About	Wanda C. Byers Hayes, 84, of Zanesville, died at 11:20 A.M. on August 19, 2016 at Adams Lane Care Center. She was born March 29, 1932 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Stanton and Mary Groves Byers. A graduate of Lash High School, she worked for ABLE Adult Basic Education for 22 years. She was a member of the Zanesville Bible Methodist Church. She was also a member of the SAMS Camping Club. Surviving are her two sons, Rodney (Karen) Hayes of Zanesville and Jerry (Patti) Hayes of New Lexington; grandchildren, Shane (Julie) Hayes, Amanda ( Chris) Heppner, Adam (Sheena) Hayes, Deanna (Joe) Lear, Adam (Chris Nash) Hatem and Doug (Lynn) Swingle; great grandchildren, Kayla, Anna, Daylin, Jimmy, Peyton, Emily, Brandon and Haleigh; great great grandchildren; Logan, Riley and Silas; sister-in-laws, Bonnie Hayes and Edna Ellis; special sister-in-law, Margaret Hayes plus many camping and church friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald R. “Dick” Hayes, who died May 31, 2015. Friends and family may call from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the funeral home with Mr. Tim Lowe and Mr. Bill Jones officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
