About	Virginia "Faye" Burwell, 86, died Saturday evening, March 29, 2014 at the Helen Purcell Home in Zanesville.A life time resident of the Zanesville area, Faye was born June 26, 1927, a daughter of the late Lantie Ray and Dorothy (King) Householder and was a 1944 graduate of Lash High School. She also attended Merideth Business College. Faye was a member of the Sonora United Methodist Church. Prior to her marriage, she taught school at Adamsville High School and worked at Bailey Drug Company.Surviving is her loving husband of 61 years, William Burwell, whom she married January 3, 1953; two children, Joseph (Becky) Burwell and Rebecca (Joe) Oekerman; four grandchildren, Brian Burwell, Steven (Aarica) Burwell, Emily (Matthew) Oekerman Crump and Mark (Katie) Oekerman; eight great grandchildren, Grant Crump, Charlotte Crump, Wesley Oekerman, Augustin Burwell, Evlyana Burwell, Luke Oekerman, Evan Oekerman and Jack Watson; a brother, James (Carol) Householder; a sister, Janice Schmidt and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Householder.There will be no calling hours. Graveside funeral services will be at 2:00pm Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at St. Paul Cemetery in Sonora, Ohio with Pastor Chris Riggs officiating.
