James A. Davis, 61, formerly of Zanesville and Sandusky, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 24, 1997 at University Hospital in Columbus.
Born March 1, 1936 in Zanesville to Allan B. and Ruth E. Purdum Davis.
Mr. Davis was a PhD. student at the Ohio State University. He was a member of the Indian Springs Church of Christ.
Surviving are sons; Allan P. Davis of Sandusky; Kris M Davis of Inianapolis, IN; and Bret O. Davis of Sandusky; brother Donald E. Davis of Columbus.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
