Born on October 25,1935 in Zanesville to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harrigan of Zanesville, he was an employee of the J. C. Penney Company. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Beebe Harrigan. Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.
