About	Dixie M. Walsh, 67, of Newark, formerly of Zanesville, died at 12:10 p.m. Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Selma Markowitz Care Center in Newark. She was born December 7, 1941 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Henry Morris. A graduate of Zanesville High School she attended Ark Springs Baptist Church. She retired as supervisor after over 30 years with the Licking County Clerk of Courts, title department. Dixie enjoyed her card club, traveling, flowers and cats. She never met a cat didn't like. Spending time with her family is what Dixie enjoyed most. Dixie is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth M. Walsh of Newark; sister, Becky Sue Gill of Zanesville; several nephews and cousins; and her pet cats, Simba, Pepe, and Posssum. Preceding her in death were her parents; and sister, Barbara Morris. Friends may call 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday November 30, 2009 and one hour prior to service at 12:00 Noon Tuesday December 1, 2009 at Bryan & Snider Funeral Home 2318 Maple Ave Zanesville. Pastor Paul Thomas will officiate with committal service to follow at Ark Springs Cemetery.
