Marlene A. Fogle of Zanesville, died at 3 am Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at her residence.
She was born November 3, 1934 in Zanesville, the daughter of John and Hazel Acheson, and retired in 1997 as a cashier for Big Bear. She was a member of New Hope Full Gospel Church and FOP Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, David N. Fogle of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas J. and Sue Fogle of Trinity, NC; one daughter and son-in-law, Cathie and Russ Scott of Zanesville; one grandson, Matt Scott of Zanesville; two granddaughters, Shala Fogle of Zanesville and Stefanie and John Rodman of Zanesville; three great-grandchildren, Larissa Fogle of the home, Makenzie Scott of Zanesville and Lucas Fogle; two close friends, Joann Roberts of Marietta and Beth Rice of Zanesville; and her loving dog, Zak.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Hazel Leasure Acheson; two brothers, George and Bill Acheson; and five sisters, Mabel Corner, Genevieve Butcher, Audrey Acheson, Stella Shaeffer and Peg Reed
Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
