About	Cynthia Diane Yost, 72, of Mt. Perry, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Genesis Hospital. She was born June 24, 1952, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of Rosetta (Ross) Taylor. In addition to her mother, Cynthia is also preceded in death by her brother, Tom Taylor; sister, Pauline Stephens; nephews and nieces, Ted Taylor, Colleen Stephens, Connie Batross and Norman Stephens Jr.; beloved dog, Doodlebug; and father-in-law, Marvin Yost. Cynthia leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Michael Roy Yost; her beloved children, Jacinda (Robert) Yost-Clouden and Anthony (Noel) Yost; grandchildren, Maiya and Macie Clouden and Lilyana Winter-Yost; mother in law, Jessie Kathryn Yost; nieces and nephew, Chris Bryson, Cathy Stephens and Daniel Stephens; several great nieces and nephews; her special pet dog, Cinnamin; and a host of other loved ones. Cynthia dedicated her time to a career in clerical work. She enjoyed her tasks of filing and completing other office work. Cynthia was an avid writer and loved time spent writing. She also enjoyed shopping in her free time. Cynthia liked to go golfing, bowling and skating. She was a lover of music and especially enjoyed breaking it down to her favorite songs. Cynthia was a dedicated mother, wife and grandmother who cared for everyone in her life. She is sure to be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. You may call on the family Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 11am until 1pm, with funeral service to follow at 1pm, at Hopewell free methodist church.
