About	Cochita M. 'Chi Chi' Walker, 65 of Zanesville, died Monday, February 3, 2025, at her residence following a sudden illness. She was born Thursday, July 23, 1959, in Zanesville, the daughter of Milton M. 'Buddy' Walker Jr. and Blanche M. (Barnett) Walker. Chi Chi played professional football with the Columbus Pacesetters, of the National Womens Football League for many years. Following her retirement from football, she worked for Shelly and Sands where she was the first female large equipment operator. She also enjoyed playing softball and fishing. Chi Chi was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns, and enjoyed her many pets over the years. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and never met a stranger. Chi Chi especially enjoyed the company of children. Chi Chi is survived by her siblings, Edwin Lynum, Rita Lynum, Vonda Woods and Warren Lynum; many extended family members including nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Chi Chi was preceded in death by five siblings, Edward Lyman, Sr., Lula Cox, Doug Lynum, Alton Lynum and LeBaron Lynum. Graveside Services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, February 21, 2025, in Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Terrance Brown officiating
