Lynn E. Deavers, 86, passed away on March 2, 2025, in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born on February 3, 1939, in Dover, Ohio, Lynn received his education in Zanesville, Ohio. After graduation he proudly served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Stuttgart, Germany as a cryptographer. But most importantly he loved God and served the Lord faithfully.
Lynn is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara; his children, Kristina (Kevin) Harris, Tricia (Don) Foster, and Kyle (Stacie) Deavers; as well as five cherished grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Deavers; his mother, Evelyn Deavers; and his stepmother, Ruth Deavers.
In accordance to Lynn's wishes, a dignified cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held later this spring to honor his life and legacy.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
