About	William "Bill" S. Rutter of Col. Sps., Co., died at Penrose Hospital on 11/25/2021. He was born 4/7/1957 in Zanesville, Ohio but worked and lived in the Springs for more than 35 yrs and is survived by his girlfriend Joanne. He was a woodworker at heart and worked at several cabinet shops in the Springs. Bill was a very kind gentle soul, was artistic, loved music from Neil Young to Lady Gaga, and had an amazing sense of humor. He dearly loved his Cleveland Browns and was a member of the Pikes Peak Browns Backers for 17 years.
