About	Jerry C. Huntsman, 91, of Zanesville, died at 8:51 A.M. on Tuesday, January 7, 2024, at Genesis Hospital. He was born December 19, 1933, in Zanesville, a son of the late Arthur and Cathern (Young) Huntsman. Jerry was the office manager and mechanic of Goss Supply Co. for 35 years. He enjoyed restoring and working on cars and trucks. Jerry was a master craftsman and his passion was woodworking. He was an avid history buff and loved studying the history of Zanesville. In his free time, Jerry had once-monthly luncheons with his former Goss Supply coworkers and enjoyed meeting with his graduating class each month. He looked forward to his annual family reunion and loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of seventy-three years, Juanita (Moore) Huntsman whom he married December 31, 1951; four children, Thomas (Julia Elson) Huntsman, Debra Sue (Gary) Clowser, Sheila Ann (Mike) Flynn, and Diana Kay (Willie) Taylor; seven grandchildren, Lisa (Joe) Murphy, Philip (Maria) Searls, Erin Newman, Renee Searls, Brad Harris, Brooke (Adam) Prouty, and Logan Sawyers; twelve great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Louanna Downey; and a sister-in-law, Ann Huntsman. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister, Esther Latham; two brothers, Leonard Huntsman, and Bill Huntsman; and a grandson, Zachary Sawyers. Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, January 13, 2025, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with Pastor Dean Cole officiating. He will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
