About	Janet Louise Bone, 77, passed peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Mason West Virginia and raised in Zanesville, Janet was a loving woman who had a passion for giving. She was employed by Good Samaritan Hospital for over 40 years where she continued to serve as a volunteer for many years after retirement. She had a love for the game of soccer and coached numerous youth and travel teams at Riverside Park for over 15 years. She was a diehard Ohio State Buckeyes fan and enjoyed attending and tailgating with friends and family on Saturday afternoons, GO BUCKS! She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Steve, and her two sons Judd (Shonette) Bone of West Lafayette, Ohio, and Jason (Kirsten) Bone of Costa Mesa California. Janet has 4 grandchildren, Jacob (Caitlin), Sydney, Sophia, and Austin, and 3 great-grandchildren, Aspen, Taytum, and Leo. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Anna Young, and two siblings Ruth and Sue. A celebration of life will be held for Janet on November 2, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Located at 128 S. 7th Street in Zanesville, Ohio. The family would enjoy seeing all of her Buckeye fans wearing their Scarlet and Gray. A cremation will take place under the direction of the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
