Wanda Lee Wilson, 81, of Zanesville, passed away on October 30th, 2024, while in the care of Genesis Hospital. She was born on January 30th, 1943, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Wesley Cleveland and Josie (Caroll) Scott. Wanda worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Various Nursing Homes throughout the area. Wanda loved going yard sailing with her sister and spending time with her dog Precious.
Surviving are her children, Raymond D. Wilson Jr., Christina A. Wilson, Michele Wilson Temple, and Brian S. Wilson; her favorite nephew Albert Grundy and niece Gloria Grundy; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and her dog and companion, Precious.
In addition to her parents Wanda is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond D. Wilson; Sr. her son, Randy L. Wilson; her daughter, Shiela A. Wilson, and her sister and best friend, Diane Grundy
All arrangements are entrusted to the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. As per Wanda’s wishes there will be no calling hours. She will be laid to rest beside her sister Diana at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
