About	Cozetta Neff, 77, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., died on Aug. 27, 2008, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort pierce, Fla. She was born Dec. 21, 1930, in Middletown. She graduated from Zanesville Lash High School in 1950 and lived here until retiring to Florida in 1993. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Neff was a local banker for 30 years at the old Citizens National and BancOhio. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Charles Harry Neff; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca (Neff) and Robert Leone of Port St Lucie, Fla.; four grandchildren, Daniel, David and Amanda Bean and Angela Leone; sister, Patricia McCarron of Columbus; and brothers, Victor Dickerson of California, and James Dickerson of Texas. She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Zigo of Zanesville. Services will be private. Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home & Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel.
