Philip Elliott, M.D., of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 following a full life.
Devoted Father to Cheryl Kreindler (Mark) of Newport, KY and Kevin Elliott of Cincinnati; cherished brother to Martha Pettry of Zanesville; loving grandfather to Jamie Kreindler, Allison Kreindler, and Kelsey Elliott.
In keeping with Dr. Elliott's final wishes he was cremated.
Graveside services and inurnment will be held privately.
Reception for family and friends will take place on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 beginning at 12 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home Reception Center.
