About | Todd Allen Fusner "Fuzz", also known as "Todd-aaahhh" to his wife, 45, of Grove City passed peacefully in his sleep on Friday, June 23, 2023, in Floyds Knob, IN. Todd was born in Zanesville on July 8, 1977, to Terry and Donna Fusner. He graduated from Zanesville High School and Muskingum College, where he was a member of the Men's Soccer team and president of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. He was an admired and well-respected pharmaceutical hospitalist for Abbvie for 18 years. He was a member of Malta Lodge #118 F&AM Norwich. Todd was known for his honesty, integrity, loyalty, work ethic, and kindness. He was the definition of a family man and was the most amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His family and friends always knew he would drop everything to help anyone with anything they needed and would give you the shirt off of his back. He loved to travel with his family, especially their yearly trips to Buffalo, Cherokee Lake, and Knoxville to visit extended family. He married the love of his life, Christine Humason, on November 30, 2002. They lived life to the fullest with no regrets. Even though they were complete opposites (Todd reserved and Christine loud and boisterous), their love and special bond was evident to anyone who was around them. Christine was the light of his life, and their love radiated to their friends and family, creating the amazing support system by which they have been surrounded. They proudly volunteered together every year for the Grove City Buddy Ball league and were active members in the Orange Theory community. If they weren't home, you could probably find them at Three Brothers having breakfast and jalapeno margaritas or at Roosters having hot wings and a cold beer. Todd was the most amazing father to his three sons, who were his absolute pride and joy and whom he loved more than life itself, Aidan, Evan, and Ashton. He was full of pride just three short weeks ago as he watched them all graduate from Grove City High School and was so excited for them to start college this fall. There are not enough words to describe what those boys meant to him. He was like a second father to all of their friends and neighborhood kids, and they had a houseful every weekend. This has been clearly evident with the outpouring of love and support for the boys and Christine over the last few days. His love and legacy will live and be passed on through them for years to come. Todd was an avid Ohio State football fan, and if you ever watched a game with him you would see and hear his passion. A passion that turned into a bonding point for him and his boys. Whether they were at home or traveling you could guarantee on Saturday's the Fusner boys were watching the Buckeyes. He also loved watching many other sports, especially the Cincinnati Reds and PGA golf. In addition to his parents, wife and children, he is survived by his in-laws, Ron and Carole Haus of Canfield and Bill and Paula Humason of Warren; sister Paula (Bryan) Bellomy of Sunbury; sisters-in-law Amy (Jamie) Akers of Westerville and Nikki (Dom) Yazbek of Canfield; brothers-in-law Chris (Jeanette) Haus of Canfield and Tom Deeds of Grove City; 9 nieces and nephews; one great niece; one great nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many dear friends and neighbors who were like family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Warren and Vivian Fusner, and maternal grandparents, Albert and Betty Russell. |
