Born on March 14, 1965 in Hopewell, Ohio, the son of Benjamin F. and Leah Ann (Bolin) Burley. He married Florence Burrell and they had a daughter Mrs. Carmen (Rhoda Payne and on grandchild, Christopher Payne, Burley. They lived in Illinois and then settled in Sun City, Maricopa County, Arizona where he passed.
