Sandra M. Luby, 80, of Frazeysburg, died at 4:06 P.M. on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room, Zanesville. She was born January 27, 1941, in Zanesville a daughter of the late John and June Mitchell. She worked at Ballas Egg for 45 years. Sandra was an avid walker where she would walk four to six miles a day up until the day she died.
She is survived by two sons. Tom J. Luby and Tim (Marion) Luby; five grandchildren, Brandon, Bryan, Brice, Mason, and Trent; a brother, John (Dorothy) Mitchell; a sister, Judy (Rick) Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis P. Luby, who died in 2003: a son, Terry Luby; and a granddaughter, Ashley Luby.
A memorial gathering of friends and family will be from 2:00-4:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at First Baptist Church, 80 East Main Street, South Zanesville.
