Samuel L. Calig, age 68, passed away on August 7, 2014. Preceded in death by his parents Harry and Tillie Calig. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Millie; sons, Jonathan Calig and Jordan Calig; daughter, Talia (Chris) Robbins; sister, Hallie Calig; grandsons, Charlie and Bennett Robbins and many cousins. Sam grew up in Zanesville, Ohio. He graduated from The Ohio State University then went on to serve in the Peace Corps in Columbia for 2 years. Following the Peace Corps, Sam graduated with a Law Degree from Ohio Northern University. He formed a private law practice in 1977 and retired in 2013. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 10 at EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main St. with Rabbi Harold Berman officiating. Burial will follow at New Tifereth Israel Cemetery
