Kathy Ann Walser, 24, of Columbus. formerly of 2880 Crestway Drive, died at 9:30 am Tuesday, October 9, 1979 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident Wednesday, October 3, 1979. She had been admitted to Bethesda Hospital and was later transferred to Riverside.
The manager of the marketing department of Central Trust Bank at Newark, Miss Walser was born August 8, 1955, at Zanesville, the daughter of James K. and Helen M. Porter Walser of 2880 Crestway Drive.
A resident of the Zanesville area most of her life, she was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church and was a 1976 graduate of Capitol University.
Surviving in addition to her parents are one sister, Mrs. Thomas (Karen) King of Columbus; her fiance, Michael Shade of Columbus, whom she was to have married October 27, 1979; one uncle, Darryl Porter of Hopewell and one aunt, Miss Lois Porter of Hopewell.
Burial will be in Memorial Park.
