About	Robert E. Zellar, 68, died November 1, 1975 in Stovertown Lutheran Church. A former state senator, representative, and member of the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, he was born September 2, 1917 in Cannelville, the son of Esther Oesch Zellar and the late Ernest Zellar. He was also a charter member of the Springfield Township Lions club and Stovertown Grange. Surviving are his mother: his widow, the former Peggy McNeal: a son, Robert E. Jr. of the home: two daughters, Mrs. John (Susan) Rosenberger of Zanesville and Miss Becky Zellar, a student at Muskingum College: two brothers, Jay B. Zellar of Zanesville and Wade Zellar of Newark, and a granddaughter. Burial will be in the Stovertown Lutheran Church cemetery.
