About	Arthur F. Mercer died in Dayton, Ohio on April 3, 1996. He was a graduate of Wright State University where he was also employed as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Computing and Telecommunications Services. He is survived by his wife, Laura Mercer, and two sons, Jesse Mercer and Zachary Mercer, and his sister Jan Barnhouse. Among other awards Mr. Mercer was awarded the Purple Heart after being seriously wounded in Vietnam where he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Mercer was buried at Dayton National Cemetery. Semper Fi.
