About	August 8, 1936 - December 6, 2018. "Dee" was born in Zanesville, Ohio to Harry and Ruth Dutro. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Raymond Best, her sons Terry and Jason Best, brothers David and Jerry Dutro as well as many nieces and nephews. Dolores and Ray moved to California in 1956 where they were married and raised two sons. They later retired and moved to Prescott, Arizona. She was always active in the PTA and Cub Scouts and was a stay-at-home mom to raise her boys. She was fortunate to be able to travel to most of the 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii and throughout Canada. She loved football, especially her Patriots. She cared for many relatives in their later years and was always willing to help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by family and friends.
