Walter E. Fouts, 65, a Zanesville native, suffered a fatal heart attack while driving with Mrs. Fouts from their San Jose, California home to Colorado October 12, according to word received here.
Mrs. Fouts, who was injured in the collison which followed was flown back to their California home.
Fouts, a son of the late George and Matilda Fouts, was born in Zanesville, Ohio on January 26, 1898 and was a 1916 graduate of Zanesville High School.
