A Zanesville man attending Ohio State University died in Columbus late Friday with injuries sustained when he was struck by a car.
Ben E. Miller , 25, died at 10:09 pm Friday in University Hospital after being struck while walking across High Street in Columbus.
Born June 30, 1955, in Columbus, he ws a son of Atty. Philip J. and Josephine J. Brown Miller of 530 Cambridge Ave.
Mr. Miller graduated from Zanesville High School in 1973 and attended Ohio State University.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Ellen Shiplett of Columbus; a nephew, Blair W. Shiplett; and a niece, Lindsey Shiplett, both of Columbus.
Burial will be in Memorial Park.
