I was a Fire-Control Technician on submarines. I went to bootcamp at Great Lakes,IL. I went to submarine school and "A" school in Groton,CT. I was then ordered to serve on the USS Georgia and earned my warfare device (DOLPHINS). Shortly after that I was diagnosed with cancer and had my right leg amputated to rid myself of the cancer. I am currently located at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda,MD where I am undergoing rehab.
