| About Me | My Truths I have strong spiritual beliefs and have total faith in them. Life has improved since I quit saying no to “them” and yes to me. I have been relieved from some of the bitterness of Blame. I don’t always have to be in charge, I do have to be solidly accountable. No one can make me do anything, however my actions and behaviors can give others permission to control me. Acting irresponsibly is the same as being lazy. I trust myself and can accept reality without becoming overwhelmed with fear. I embrace the gift of choice. I am whatever I chose. I can love others and be vulnerable. I allow myself to be loved. My anger towards others is usually because I am not getting what I want. Without knowing I stopped fighting life, everyone and everything – I started participating. My pride is a liability. I no longer want to live life with other people’s expectations. I can exist simply and quietly, no loose ends – a comfortable fit. I give you your freedom – you are not my answer. I am no longer old or young, I am wiser and learned. My only obstacle is myself. It is okay to stumble or fall; it is not okay to stay down. I am still afraid of you(people) – I would gladly give you everything I have. These are my truths. I feel humbled, awed and expectant…….
