About Me	Born in Elmhurst Illinois . Graduated from York High School in 1969 and have an under graduate degree in Family and consumer Sciences from UWis- Stout. Matsers degree from the University of Illinois 1978. Taught in the Elgin Public schools from 1974- 1989. Moved to Wisconsin and I am a Teacher- Family and Consumer Science at Waukesha South High School. I teach primarily culinary arts and was name in 2010 Culinary teacher of the year for the state of Wiscoinsin by the National restaurant Association.I have taught for 35 years. My husband, Rich teaches at Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design teaching Industrial Design.
