XENIA — William E. “Bill” Sibley, 60, of Xenia, passed away Monday July 30, 2012 at Liberty Nursing Home of Xenia. He was born Feb. 5, 1952 in Jamestown, the son of Ray and Mabel R. (Conkel) Sibley. He is survived by his parents and a sister, Beverly Sue Sibley, Washington C. H., Oh. and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Sue (Thompson) Sibley, January 8, 2001. Graveside Services will be held at 10am Friday, August 3, 2012 at Woodland Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Condolences to the family made be made at www.neeldfuneralhome.com
