About	Anthony N. Katra December 13, 2010 Anthony N. "Tony" Katra, 52, of Mountain Top, passed away early Monday morning, December 13, 2010. His wife is the former Judy A. Bogusko. Together, Tony and Judy shared 17 years of marriage. Born on August 22, 1958, in Wilkes-Barre, Tony was a son of Janet (Donlin) Katra Caffrey, of Shavertown, and the late Anthony Katra. Tony was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, class of 1976, and later went on to further his education at Luzerne County Community College, Nanticoke. For many years, Tony was employed as the northeast regional manager for Prestige Delivery Systems Inc., based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Tony was a member of Saint Jude's Roman Catholic Church, Mountain Top. An avid NASCAR fan, Tony always enjoyed the times he had sharing his love of NASCAR with his brothers and sister. Also, Tony was a devoted fan of the Washington Redskins. Tony had a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and spent much time enjoying the open road on his Harley. Traveling with his family was a great love of Tony's. He especially enjoyed his family trips to Chincoteague Island, Va., to see the annual pony round-up. A man of kindness and generosity, Tony was there to help anyone who was in need and would never ask for anything in return. Family was the utmost importance to Tony. He loved his children whole-heartedly and was extremely proud of Kellan's and Kyle's accomplishments. Tony will forever be remembered for all of his loving attributes. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his beloved family and friends. In addition to his wife, Judy Katra, and his mother, Janet Caffrey, Tony is survived by his daughter, Kellan Katra, a student at Holy Redeemer High School; his son, Kyle Katra, a student at Fairview Elementary School; his sister, Annette Phillips, and her husband, Gene, of Tampa, Fla.; his brothers, Jeff Katra and his wife, Elaine, of Tunkhannock; Shaun Katra of Kingston; and Scott Katra of Wyoming. Additionally, Tony is survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Al and Margaret Bogusko of Wilkes-Barre Township; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Richard and Anita Sirak, Andrea Bogusko Yorkonis, William and Margo Lukacinsky; and his several nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass and Interment will be held privately. Funeral arrangements for the Family of Anthony Katra have been entrusted to the care and direction of the Joseph L.
