About	Harold T. "Tipper" Sims, 56, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, died Monday, December 22, 2008, in New Cumberland due to injuries sustained in an accident. He was a retired computer analyst for the former Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Hampden Twp. and was currently working as an employee at the New Cumberland Car Wash. He was a 1974 graduate of Penn State University and an enthusiastic fan of the Nittany Lions and was formerly a rugby player during his college days. Born in Kingston, PA on June 13, 1952, raised n Plymouth, PA he was the son of the late Paul and Margaret (Price) Sims and married Adele (Karasinski) Sims in 1975. He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Sims. Surviving are his daughter, Kristen Sims of New Cumberland; two brothers, Paul (and Dorothy) Sims of Plymouth and Edward (and Vera) Sims of Lansdale; a sister, Donna (and Robert) Schacht of Plymouth; a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Marie Railer; and several nieces, nephews, and a great-niece. Burial will be held in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
