About Me	Raised a family of 8 children. Faithful to my wife of 34 yrs. Longest I've worked at one place is 10 yrs as a white supervisor in an all black dept.. The last 5 out of 6 positions-projects have been with fortune 500 companies. My master's thesis implementing a performance management system; the simultaneous improvement of productivity, quality and morale put me in the forefront of Lean-6 Sigma, and the design of improved systems, processes, and performance.
