About Me	BA degree from Wilmington College in 1960 (For four years I was a part-time Randall Factory Worker on a College Work-Study Program 1956-60). Taught social studies in Jr. High and High School for five years. 1964, Graduate of the National Training School for Scout Executives; Professional Scout Executive and Summer Camp Business Manager 1964-65. Awarded an NDEA Institute appointment in 1966 (Free Tuition and $500. per month stipend). Received my M.Ed. degree in Counselor Education from University of Pittsburgh 1967. Elementary Counselor 1967-71. School Psychologist 1972-95. Doctoral Level Studies in Learning Disabilities at Ohio State University 1971-72(Full-time doctoral student for two quarters) and Doctoral Level Studies in Clinical Counseling at Ohio University (Part-time doctoral student) 1991-95. Married 58 years to Elaine Skaggs, RN. Two daughters; one with a B.S. Degree in Archaeology (Susan); the other (Jenny) has an M.S. Degree in Math & Physics .
