About	Kenneth Molstad was born in Sioux City, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Molstad. He continued his education at the University of South Dakota at Springfield and was in his senior year. Ken was scheduled to begin his student teaching at Tyndall, South Dakota on October 24 in mathematics. Kenneth took a very active part in 4-H work as a member of the Moville Progressive Ags. He was a member of the Moville United Methodist Church and the South Dakota Athletic Officials Association. He was vice president of his college dormitory in Springfield. Ken was survived by his parents; his brother Donald. According to reports, three Springfield students were killed in a two-car head-on collision six miles west of Yankton on Hwy 50.
