| About Me | I am retired now due to cronic heart disease. in 2007, a couple years after my first heart attack, Being a lifelong bicyclist, I tried to ride across the United States. Potomac news article about my trip. http://www.myspace.com/lisadarcy/blog/275552298) I got exactly Halfway and Had a Heart Attack in Kansas. It was due to a clogged stent. It took me about 45 days. It was tough, but I am glad I did it. I had wanted to do this trip since my early twenties. You see things in a different way from the seat of a slow moving bicycle. Last year(2010) I bought a little tent Camper and went on the road for 7 month. I visited many of the National Parks along the way and Spent the whole summer in the Sierras and Cascades.
