WHHS Football Golf Tournament
Help support the WHHS Football athletes and coaches by participating in or sponsoring the upcoming Golf Tournament. Golf Ball Drop, Silent Auction, Raffle, Awards Buffet, Golfers Goodie Bags and much more.

Golf Ball Drop tickets $10 each. Winner takes home $500 cash award. Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd closest to the pin in golf ball drop contest.

Wayne L. Rubinas 1966
Florida State UniversityAlumni Association honored Polk County native Wayne Rubinas of Winter Haven.
Rubinas graduated is a graduate of WHHS (1966) and received the Circle of Gold Award during FSU's homecoming festivities. Rubinas is the son of Mrs. Jo Rubinas and the late Leo Rubinas of Lake Alfred.
Rubvinas has served more than a decade in Florida government, where he currently holds the position of the staff director of Florida Senate Committee on Ethics and Elections.
Rubinas' sister Janice Lee Rubinas Brooks is also a graduate of WHHS (1970) and resides in Tallahassee.
