About Me	- Women's Army Medical Corps after high School -- Basic Training, Ft. McClellan, Anniston, Alabama - - Medical Training, Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio Texas - - Worked in Emergency Room and Injection clinic, Ft. Ord, California- - After discharge, worked as nurse, So. Pasadena Medical Center, S. Pasadena, Calif. Attended LSU -Met at Ft. Ord, California and married Larry Warren Baker in California, June 65 ( we celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary this year. -Two daughters, Vanessa Michelle, born 1970 and Melanie Renee' born 1972. Michelle and Drew Minor have two children, Jamie Warren, and Haley Erin. Their ages are 20 and 15. -Melanie and Jon Russo have three daughters, Kirsten Emily 14, Skye Olivia 12, and Maya age 7. We all live in the Lafayette area. My husband and I both were Nursing Home Administrators from 1972 until we retired - - I worked for two years as Administrator of Magnolia Manor Nursing Home in Shreveport, then 4 yrs as Co-Administrator with my husband at Beauregard Nursing Home in DeRidder - - After that we were Consultants to owners in St. Martinville, who built St. Martinville Guest Home.
