Karen is survived by her wonderful parents, James and Donna Spangler of Bella Vista, AR; one son, Brenden Groves and his father Chris Groves of Springdale, AR; one sister, Dawn Amenta of Reseda, CA; a niece and nephew.
Karen was employed in the N.I.C.U. at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, AR. She was a member of St. Raphael's Catholic Church.
