Chief Fitts entered the Air Force
as an Aircraft Armament Systems apprentice, "Weapons Troop". He
held various positions in the Weapons community while working both F-16 and F-15 airframes before transitioning
into the Professional Military Education world in 2009 as an instructor at the Robert D. Gaylor Noncommissioned
Officer Academy. In 2013, the Chief was selected for first sergeant duty where he spent over 6 years serving Airman at 3 different duty stations.
Chief Fitts has served on alert in support of Operation NOBLE EAGLE and has deployed in direct support
of Operations VIGILANT WARRIOR, SOUTHERN and NORTHERN WATCH, IRAQI FREEDOM, FREEDOM'S SENTINEL, and INHRENT RESOLVE.

Our Windsor High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
