| About Me | 36 year veteran of fire fighting of all kinds. Air Crash/rescue, industrial, structural, wild land, you name it, I did it in the fire service. One of those old fire horses, the kind that use to ride the back step of the rigs, before all the safety people ended our fun. EMT/ambulance technician, CPR instructor, 911 Emergency dispatcher, Public fire educator, sometime fire instructor. Now I am done, and love to tell the old stories to these kids, and see the looks on their faces, and imagine what they are saying behind my back,like "this guy is nuts", and those are the clean comments.
