| About Me | I graduated from Arlington High School, actually, after our family moved there, and went on to Wellesley. After college graduation, I had a Fulbright scholarship to Turin, Italy, and remained in the country 15 years. I took a university degree from Milan State University then taught there many years (English language and literature). In the late 1970s I became politically involved, especially in Middle East affairs, and was a political journalist for many years. In 1980 I moved to Germany and in 1989 married my German husband. Since 2007, I have been publishing regularly with globalresearch.ca, Arab Forum, and several Armenian publications. I have published two books, Through the Wall of Fire: Armenia - Iraq - Palestine: From Wrath to Reconciliation and Madmen at the Helm: Pathology and Politics in the Arab Spring, the first in English, German, and Arabic, the secoind in Arabic.
