Cecil was my best friend since junior high. His sweet smile and loving nature was always there to great me everyday. He did and always will hold a special place in my heart. I miss you dearly and I know one day I will see you again. You are my loving guardian angel and I love you with all my heart. Fly high my Angel fly high. One day we will get to have that dance we never got to have.
