About Me	I didn't do well in High School. I would have graduated in 73 had I not run into trouble with the law. I actually only spent one year and two months into my junior year before It all started. I became a builder/carpenter and did that for decades and finally became a general contractor. In off times I logged until the reality of age caught up to me. I went back to school and now I'm a Case Manager and work mainly in the field with the mentally ill homeless population attempting find them decent housing and care. I still build on the side and do some residential construction management projects. You can take the man out of carpentry but you can't take the carpenter out of the man. I'm a tinkerer and still like to work with my hands on both old cars and buildings and antique electric trains. Removes me from the riggers and sometimes sad happening at my job. I have a 1967Buick Rivera that is near completion. Hoping to finish up soon after I retire next year in 2020. I remain single at present mainly due to working 50 to 60 hours a week with my commute, not a good recipe for building any kind of a relationship at this stage of my life. Being married for 19 years, (although we were together 23), raising two daughter and putting them through college with another long term relationship of 11 years after a divorce. I'm pretty much just into finishing my career and looking forward to retirement and spending time with my grandson and my hobbies. I'm straight forward and make few apologizes for my colorful youthful past to busy living in the moment. I truly believe the cliché, that, "yesterdays the past...can't change it.....tomorrows a mystery (and promised to no one)..... todays a gift....that's why it's called the present." I now live a very quite life although some would say I boarder on reclusive at times in a small older home with woods behind me ...(read more)
