I first met Cindy on the volleyball courts at Wilson in 1977. Our first date was at Grad night - Disneyland. We married in 1981 and welcomed our first child later that year. Cindy and I had 3 children: two boys and our precious Lisa Marie.
Lisa is profoundly mentally handicapped and that took a toll on Cindy and our marriage but our children always came first.
I can still picture her with her red hair, freckles and that amazing smile.
Cindy accepted Jesus into her heart during our marriage and once you belong to Him, your eternity is secure.
I see her in our children all the time: her laughter, her smile and her willingness to sacrifice for others.
