Dear Willow Glen Supporter:

Please consider a donation to the silent auction at the 7th Annual Willow Glen Crab and Pasta Feast. Our event will be held January 26, 2013 at the Scottish Rite Center in San Jose. A donation to this event will give your company excellent exposure.

• 500+ Willow Glen adults and dignitaries who will attend
• Sold out event for six years running
• THE Willow Glen event to attend
• Your company acknowledged in the Crab Feed Program and on both Willow Glen Middle and High School web sites (2500+ students and their families).

The proceeds of the Crab & Pasta Feast go directly into our Performing Arts Program at both Willow Glen Middle School and High school, serving over 600 students. This year we will support:

• Scholarships for students to defray travel and event costs so that that every student has the opportunity to participate in the performing arts at Willow Glen Middle and High schools.
• Instruments, festival fees and the eventual purchase of uniforms for our growing bands, seen and heard at the Willow Glen home football, basketball games and local parades.
• Festival fees and replacing uniforms for our fabulous choirs, who perform at the football games and local parades as well as across the state.
• Uniforms for our high school dance teams.
• Director’s fees, lights and sound equipment for our fall play and spring musicals at the middle and high schools.

With your help, we will make these a reality at Willow Glen Middle and High schools.

Please contact me if you have any questions. I am happy to pick up your donation(s) at your convenience. My husband, Steve, and I are parents of a WGHS student and are both WGHS alumni. I challenge choir, drama, music, band, and dance alumni to"give back" and help our programs! ( P.S.--Consider attending the event. Go to wgpab.org to purchase tickets and get more information.
