| About Me | I have had my own businesses for over 20 years. My most recent was 2 Curves centers. I sold them both 2 years ago for a profit. My husband and I were big in Real Estate and were featured on Robert Allen infomercials. Now with the economy, I have a job. After one year on the sales floor I was promoted to Manager. I am actually enjoying being an employee and not taking my job home with me every night. No liability and minimal responsibility compared with having a business. It's fun being home with the family without other things on my mind. I have been married to my husband for 22 years. We have been together since 1984. We have 3 children from his first married that we finished raising together and after 10 years had two more. The two still at home are 16 and 14. Our daughter Cameron (16) sings and is a great student. Our son (14) plays jazz piano, is a very good student and a stellar athlete. Our eldest daughter (45) is a creative type; middle son (43) is a father of 5 children and is getting his masters degree. Cal State East Bay is interested in him for a position as a Ethnic Studies Professor. Our middle daughter (40) has her Masters and has a professional position with the Metro in LA, CA. My husband is semi-retired after a long career in sales and real estate. My mother went on to get her degree in Psychology and then joined the Peace Corps many times. Her name is now Kahani Iijolo Skydance. meaning story person, who shows up unexpectedly that likes to dance in the sky.
