About Me	I am a disabled person - a hemorrhagic stroke survivor - July 31, 2008 is my stroke birthday. Life's good, though - with Tony, the kids, great family and friends - I wouldn't miss a moment and try my very best not to. I have Crohn's Disease. I also have other chronic digestive disorders resulting in scar tissue and inflammation. I needed to have 3 ft. of my ileum removed on July 30th, 2008. On July 31st, they couldn't rouse me - I had a stroke right next to the speech center of my brain. My right side was totally paralyzed. I now get Botox treatments in my leg to weaken the spasticity from the stroke, but still have quite a few problems with my right side, particularly in the leg. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited - I get another shot at life! I have a gorgeous, fun, wonderful husband... the English Buddhist Vegetarian. My younger daughter Carol is the light of my life, and my older stepdaughter Pandora is the most talented teen you'll ever meet.
