About Me	It's been a heck of a run. I've lived, worked, or traveled in 40+ countries on 5 continents. I spent 10 years in the Intelligence business with the military and the last 38 years in the private sector involved in security and fire-life safety work - both in the US and abroad. Some of it boring... some of it about as exciting as it gets. I've had the chance to rub elbows with celebrities and low-lifes just about equally. All in all, more than a few bumps and scrapes along the way, but still standing with smile. Currently based in NYC and Chicago (more or less a weekly commute) where I own a few businesses. We continue to expand - looks like Florida is next. I am blessed in business and blessed in family having been married for 43 years to one of the world's top chefs... with a son who served his country for 13 years as a member of the US Navy and given us 4 wonderful grandchildren. A nuclear engineer - he is working as an senior operator and instructor at a power plant SW of Houston, TX having just moved there from Louisiana. We had a house near the kids in LA but now it looks like Texas is the next stop and my travel schedule will increase. Oh well... what can you do?! It's all about the kids and grandkids!
