About Me	After graduating from the University of Kentucky, I began employment as an Investigator with the Lexington Human Rights Commission. The Commission is a government agency that investigates discrimination complaints in the areas of employment, housing and public accommodation. Since 2007, I have been serving in the capacity of Compliance Director. As Compliance Director, I am responsible for the supervision and training of compliance staff, conducting workshops on discrimination issues, supervises the case management system and liaison with federal agencies regarding contract compliance.
