Age-43 Attended Carleton College in Minnesota, became a professor at a College in Virginia. So ironic because we called him "The Professor" in high school. David played football, tossed the shot put, sang, was in the band, a student council member as well as a member of National Honor Society. Think David had a heart attack. Survived by wife Jeanne Thomson James and son Andrew Nicholas James. Congratulations on your achievements Dr. James, we miss you.
